Who we are Beyond Infinity Loans is a credit provider operating in South Africa. We are the responsible party for the personal information described in this notice.

What we collect Information you give us, such as your name, contact details, identity details, employment, income, expenses and bank details. Information from checks we run with your permission, such as identity and bank account verification and credit bureau reports. Information about how you use this website.

Why we use it To create and secure your account, assess whether you can afford a loan, make and record credit decisions, manage your loan and collect payments, meet our legal obligations, prevent fraud, and, only if you agree, to send you marketing.

Credit checks We only request your credit record with your separate permission, given during your application. You can withdraw that permission at any time, but we may then be unable to continue with your application.

Who we share it with Service providers who help us run the service, such as credit bureaus, identity and bank verification providers, payment providers, electronic signature providers and messaging providers. They may only use your information on our instructions. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How we protect it We use encryption, access controls and logging to protect your information, and we limit who inside the company can see it.

How long we keep it Only as long as needed for the purposes above and as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where the law allows, object to certain processing, and withdraw consents you have given.
